Expert in leadership development and transformation of organisations. I work as an executive coach for senior management, consultant and facilitator for both individuals and organisations.
I hold a degree in Civil Engineering.
As a coach, I’m an associate director of AddVenture and collaborate with The Coaches Leadership & Coaching. Certified in Co-Active Coaching by the CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and in various methodologies: TLC (The Leadership Circle), AI & GLP (Action Inquiry & Global Leadership Profile by Bill Torbert), Bridge and Sikkhona (The Coaches and Institut 5 Fars). Trained in Co-Active Leadership (CTI), Self-Managing Leadership (Oxford Leadership Academy) and Integrating Health within Coaching (Foundation for Recovery & Wellness Coaching).
From 1990 to 2013, I worked mainly at the Spanish multinational Ferrovial, where I held various positions of responsibility in both the construction and the services division. For the last eight years of this period, I was general manager of Cespa, where I led the transformation of a company with 20,000 employees.
Through executive coaching, I help people who have to deal every day with pressure to produce results, the stress generated by demands put on senior management, and the seemingly insoluble problem of achieving a balance between the basic pillars of their lives: their inner world, family and work.
I’m a founding member and chairman of the smart communications start-up Call2World and shareholder and president of the winery Binifadet. I define myself as an apprentice of life. I’m a father of four children, my refuge is Menorca, and my passion is the mountain environment. I identify with the blue of the sea and its calm strength. I sing in a gospel choir, grow my own garden, and want to learn to play the piano. Having now passed the age of 50, I’m convinced not only that it’s possible to start over and learn, but that this is something we must constantly do.
