Trusted advisor

 

Beyond teamwork, I enjoy small group sessions as a trusted advisor, mentor, mediator, independent counselor, or private advisor. I like the closeness of personal relationships, accompanying processes, and closely following each development. I have developed the role of trusted advisor over the years, inspired by what I lacked and what, with the knowledge I have acquired, I now believe I can contribute.

Trust is a fundamental word, for me and for the work we do. Once this trust has been established, I deploy different executive coaching resources and tools that facilitate the path to transformation. Due to my engineering mindset, I like to have a systematic, structured, and protocolized process in order to obtain results. From this basis, I know that each case is different and I always adapt it to the particular circumstances and needs.

Currently, what motivates and satisfies me most is being able to work with other executives to offer them perspective and depth. I do this from my experience as president and CEO of companies, as a coach accustomed to collaborative leadership and self-awareness work, and as a person committed to the evolution of society.
