Board of directors

 

One of Addventure’s specialties is our work with Board of directors. We work to improve cohesion and genuine teamwork among committee members, which indirectly tends to have a positive impact on the company’s results. Personally, I am attracted to the challenge of helping to break down dynamics and inertia that hinder progress and the quality of work. It is not an easy task, especially at the beginning, but for that very reason, the transformation is very evident at the end of our programs.

We carry out diagnoses based on direct observation and feedback sessions with practical solutions and opportunities that we identify to improve the effectiveness of the CoDir. Of the many guidelines and proposals that we provide at Addventure, I particularly enjoy contributing to the alignment of the entire committee based on a shared purpose and helping to overcome existing barriers in order to connect with their own potential. It is incredible to witness the change that takes place in a CoDir when the level of trust, accountability, and commitment to overall results increases.

The programs we run with committees, many of them off-site, tend to be highly intense and emotional, because we not only shift the foundation on which relationships between members are built, but we also question it. In addition, we bring into play everyone’s self-awareness and generosity, starting with ourselves as program facilitators, as both are essential for synchronizing and agreeing on new rules for the committee’s internal functioning.
